Self delivery means that if you have your own forwarder in China, we will ship the machine to your forwarder's address. We only guarantee logistics for domestic transportation, and subsequent international transportation should be arranged with your forwarder.

All warranty or repair services are provided by manufacturers. If the machine has problems, please contact us first. Our sales representative will offer advice or seek technical support according to the condition of the machine.

Manufacturers provide warranty on all new machines. The specific warranty terms are determined according to the policy of each manufacturer. However, there is no warranty or after-sales service for used or refurbished machines. We will send test videos and photos of the inner packaging of the parcel to you, ensuring that there are no problems with the machine before shipment.
